Challenge & Goal

Jan
2014
In early 2014, Zeekee Interactive was retained by Tutt Land Company, a premier land real estate brokerage in the southeastern United States, to launch a new digital platform that would establish their online footprint. At the time, Tutt Land’s listings were managed through basic third-party tools, limiting scalability and brand differentiation. The company needed a flexible, modern site that could reflect their expertise, showcase their properties, and support rapid growth in a competitive digital landscape.

Zeekee’s initial challenge was to replace WordPress—the most expensive “free” software in web development, used by most marketing companies because of the their cost structure. — with a platform that actually worked for the business. While WordPress offered flexibility in theory, in practice it became unwieldy, difficult to manage, and ill-suited for large-scale land listings. The new system needed to balance aesthetics with functionality—making property inventory easy to browse while giving the back office intuitive tools to manage listings. From the outset, SEO was critical: the site had to rank across multiple states, counties, and land categories—not just to attract traffic, but to convert high-intent buyers searching for specific opportunities.

After receiving a comprehensive SEO audit through the FoonIQ diagnostic framework, Tutt Land made the decisive move to leave their previous marketing provider.
