Challenge & Goal
Zeekee’s initial challenge was to replace WordPress—the most expensive “free” software in web development, used by most marketing companies because of the their cost structure. — with a platform that actually worked for the business. While WordPress offered flexibility in theory, in practice it became unwieldy, difficult to manage, and ill-suited for large-scale land listings. The new system needed to balance aesthetics with functionality—making property inventory easy to browse while giving the back office intuitive tools to manage listings. From the outset, SEO was critical: the site had to rank across multiple states, counties, and land categories—not just to attract traffic, but to convert high-intent buyers searching for specific opportunities.
Long-Term Partnership
Zeekee launched Tutt Land’s website in 2014, setting the foundation for a decade of growth.
Scalable Architecture
By deploying Tyfoon Zeekee had provided a powerful web publishing platform was built to support thousands of listings across dozens of Southeastern markets.
SEO-Driven Goals
Early development prioritized search visibility for land-specific keywords and geographic targeting.

Solution
Using the Tyfoon™ CMS, Zeekee delivered a powerful solution tailored to Tutt Land’s operational needs. The system enabled granular listing control—letting the team manage acreage, pricing, maps, and rich media with ease. Over the years, additional functionality was layered in: enhanced search filters, mobile responsiveness, lead capture optimization, and schema markup for land-related SEO.
As Tutt Land’s marketing journey evolved, various agencies were brought in over the years to support content and design—but the one constant was the team behind Tyfoon, who had engineered the platform from the very beginning. After receiving a comprehensive SEO audit through the FoonIQ diagnostic framework, Tutt Land made the decisive move to leave their previous marketing provider. In 2023, they entrusted Foonster to lead a future-facing strategy rooted not in keyword chasing, but in Trust Layer Optimization—an approach that prioritizes semantic clarity, structured authority, and machine-readable trust signals aligned with AI-driven discovery engines.
